Neil Spencer is a great person to work with. He helped me buy a condo and made it an easy experience. He took the time to understand the details of what I needed and showed me appropriate listings. He also had patience with my indecisiveness and never pressured me. He was good at pointing out the pluses and minuses of each place, especially those I was missing. It made the decision much easier. When the time came put place a bid in a fast-moving market, he was efficient with both my bid and the counter. It was tight, as a bidding war started. He also made closing so smooth, with everything pre-arranged and handled professionally. I highly recommend him!

Neil worked very hard for us and helped us get our home sold and get into a new home that we loved! We ran into some snags along the way caused by a hail storm - When our contractor said the windows we needed were on backorder, Neil actually searched, found, and went and bought the windows we needed to have installed so that we could close on the sale of our home. Above and beyond. :)

After months of looking, we finally found a house we wanted to buy. We had a specific list of requirements for the new house and Neil got us dialed into the right houses in the right locations. We have used Neil to sell our condo and our first house, as well as buy our first and second house. Our most recent purchase was a bit of a challenge because it was contingent on the sale of our previous house and because my finances are a little tricky. Neil put me in touch with a couple lenders, one of which couldn't get the job done, but the other took the time to dig in, get clarification where needed, and make this happen. The new house was in need of some big-ticket items so we asked for a big concession. The owners countered at about 50% and by the time we were done Neil got us about 90% of what we asked which was fair. Things were ever-changing with our loan due to price negotiations and concessions on the new purchase as well as the sale of our old house and Neil was in constant contact with the lender and with us to make sure everything was correct, all while juggling the timetable of the two sales. Everything went off without a hitch and we couldn't be happier. Neil has great knowledge of the area and the market and we will definitely use him again.

Neil is nothing short of amazing! He's helped us find our first, beautiful transition home, sell it, and now found our more permanent home. All in wonderful timing to fit our busy lives. Neil was a great agent. I honestly was a little skeptical at first due to his higher rating compared to other agents I was vetting; however, he lived up to the hype. This is my second house, so I knew the basics of the process but he helped me understand market conditions and put in a competitive offer.
